Did you ever try just turning off qos on the switches? It seems to me that you'd have to have a lot of traffic on a switch to warrant qos at that level.

I don't have the cajones to outsource my phone system, I just can't do it. It's one thing for an ERP system, latency doesn't really matter (too much) then, but anything can throw off a voice connection.
